Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is based on when a withdrawal request is received.

Before the Draft / Team Formation:
A refund may be issued minus a $30 administrative fee and any non-refundable processing fees.

After the Draft but Before the Season Starts:
If a player’s uniform has already been ordered, the participant is eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee. Uniform and merchandise costs are non-refundable once ordered.

After the Season Starts:
No refunds will be issued once the season begins.

This includes players who voluntarily withdraw, quit, are removed by a parent or guardian, or are suspended or removed for violations of league rules or Codes of Conduct.

Illness or Emergency:
Documented serious illness or emergency situations may be considered for a future league credit at the sole discretion of Aggieland Flag Football, LLC. No cash refund is guaranteed after the season begins.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@nflflagaggieland.com. Approved refunds will be returned to the original form of payment whenever possible.
